In the dialog that opens, choose Destination → Save as PDF. Turn off "headers and footers" for a clean result.
In the print dialog, leave Margins on "Default". The "None" option throws away the top and bottom margins of every page — and the browser gives the page no way to fix that. Side margins, the cover and the title page come out right either way.
