I work with body psychotherapy, in the tradition of Wilhelm Reich — I listen to the body alongside the word. What the emotional history could not work through stays registered in the body, as tension and the so-called armour.
The work follows — unhurried — how that armour took shape, so the body can find its own flow again. Voice, gesture and breath move together. I see people individually, in person in Rio de Janeiro and online, and I take the bodily approach beyond the consulting room, at the Sensory Garden with older people.
