Privacy.

How your data is handled on this site, in plain language, in line with Brazil’s data-protection law (LGPD).

What data we collect

  • Newsletter: your email, when you subscribe (with email confirmation).
  • Contact: the name, subject and message you send through the form.
  • Site usage: aggregated visit metrics (page visited, referrer) — no tracking cookies and without identifying you personally.

What we use it for

To reply to your message, send the newsletter (only after you confirm the subscription) and understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. We use services acting as processors: Supabase (storage) and AWS SES (sending emails), solely to enable the functionality described above.

How long

We keep your email while you are subscribed to the newsletter, and contact messages for as long as needed to respond. You can request removal at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and revoke consent. For the newsletter, unsubscribing is immediate via the link in the footer of each email. For other requests, reach out through the contact page.
